Applications

In general, UTC PulsarCap are used to provide:

•   Short and repeated pulse power needs used in tandem with a small power supply or battery

•   Hold-up power or bridge power to a device or equipment for short duration when the main power or battery fails or when swapping battery

•   Hybrid battery-supercap modules to increase the device run time, prolong the battery life, and augment the device functions.

•   Used alone as a complete battery replacement for pulse power application (RFID)
